The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent, right in the heart of St. Wolfgang and close to the lake, restaurants and public transport. Check-in was easy and we had a very pleasant stay.
The apartment did not have enough basic cutlery, such as spoons, forks and knives, which was inconvenient during our stay.
The only inconvenience was that luggage storage was not available before check-in .

Great location, right by the market square. Reasonably well equipped and reasonably spacious.
There is no door on the bedroom - a curtain would suffice for some degree of privacy, but there is neither. I hadn’t realised that lots of the hotels have direct access to the lake but from an apartment you need to go to the public beach which is not nearly as good as lots of the private lake access points. Luckily we found a great place which allowed access if you rented a paddleboard from there.

Lage direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt, jedoch morgens sehr laut durch angrenzende Geschäfte, Lokale, Hotels (Anlieferungen, Mülltonnen herumschieben, ...)
Unterkunft war für 4 Personen gebucht, es war aber nur 1 Bett hergerichtet. Das wurde nach Telefonat mit Serviceteam umgehend korrigiert.
Nespressomaschine im Apartement - aber leider keine Kapseln vorhanden, Automat wo man welche kaufen kann war auch leer und auch auf Nachfrage nicht aufgefüllt.
Bei Ankunft war die Tür des Gefrierfaches im Kühlschrank nicht geschlossen und dadurch komplett vereist und der Kühlschrank überall mit Tauwasser voll. Mussten das Fach erst enteisen, damit es geschlossen werden konnte und Kühlschrank trocken legen.
Leider war nur 1 angefangene Rolle WC-Papier für 4 Personen vorhanden. Wurde reklamiert aber nicht behoben. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (Spinnweben an den Fenstern, besser staubsaugen - vor allem in den Ecken und unter/hinter Möbeln), Stiegenhaus auch nicht gesaugt (Schmutz von Straße, tote Insekten). Lichtschachtfenster von Schlafzimmer stark verschmutzt - wenn man lüftet hat man Angst, dass das alles ins Zimmer rein fällt.
Waren vor einigen Jahren hier und damals war alles perfekt. Jetzt leider von Luxusapartement weit entfernt.
Werden für nächstesmal eine andere Unterkunft buchen :(
