Cleanliness and location was excellent
Guest services was not provided or available as expected. We were offered a shuttle to Barefoot landing and were told to contact the front desk when ready for pickup. Once we contacted the hotel for pick up we were told that our property didn’t include shuttle services. Had we known that, we could have driven our own vehicle. Furthermore, the shuttle service was offered to us so we were unaware that we didn’t have a ride for return. We waited over an hour for someone to respond to our request. Paying out of pocket for an uber accommodation of 8 could have been avoided had we known upfront. Thanks for listening.

The resort is huge and clean! A few good food options and shuttle available. So many pools & chairs! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The security team was fantastic! Even when there was a bit of chaos, Scotty and the entire team were great keeping everyone safe. All staff did a fantastic job of letting all vacationers have a safe but great time!
The condo rental team was friendly and attentive. Even though they couldn’t solve all challenges they were still helpful and responsive to my messages.
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
