We loved our stay at Aquamarine Villas, especially as we were just a few blocks from the beach and we had a pool & hot tub to use.
The train tracks and train station are just across the street, & a few blocks down, so it was loud throughout the night.

Our room was perfect, well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was welcoming. It was quiet.
The web page claims it only steps to the beach, but sadly the beach has eroded, so though the ocean is close, the property isn’t as close to the beach as it claims.

We loved everything about this place. Super clean, spacious, close to everything, the hot tub, pool, close to beach, liquor/snack store next door with everything you would need and next to it is a coffee shop. Felt very safe, quiet neighborhood
There was not AC BUT we didn’t need it as the weather is beautiful and we kept our window, balcony door open.

Overall the stay was great, location to beach and restaurants very close to Downtown
Not ADA compatible at all, funny how you have handicap parking but all rooms all have to use stairs
So my fault not requesting a first floor but when I explained to the host I had a child with a disability I was told the no thing could be done all rooms were booked and if I needed a first floor I would have to cancel my reservation and start a new one but I reserved with a 3rd party and could not cancel ( defeats the purpose of re doing a reservation when I was told all rooms were booked) make that make sense.anyways have always loved staying here when in oceanside place is great but will not be able to stay at this location any longer
