Nothing in particular

70 steps to the accommodation and my friend uses a stick and struggled. Not cleaned and bedding needed changed. Asked more than once fir an early check in - no reply so assumed it was IK but got reprimanded fir checking in early

Terrible!To avoid!Booking.com did nothing to help us relocate!?

When we walked in to the apartment we were in choc. Dust everywhere, windows covered in sand almost couldn’t see through, couch full of stains and falling apart,heater in salon laying on the floor after being ripped off the wall, stove full of dry food, thick and fat dust everywhere including lights, mirrors full of marks and the list goes on. We decided to leave and contact booking.com and they couldn’t help at all.. We booked another flat for the night through AirB&B for additional 150€ and lost the money we paid on Booking.com 143€ Our children were refusing to stay the night in such an infectious place. Such a big disappointment with Booking.com We rent our own flats in Antibes through Booking.com and as partners we were expecting a fair treatment, instead we’ve been sent a 24€ voucher as consolation… We have like 50 pictures about the flat proving the state and the cleanliness but we could only post four of them..

We are seriously thinking to stop our partnership with Booking.com regarding our own properties we poses in South of France which we rent through the platform.

We were very happy to spend a couple of nights in Le Verdun No. 38 and would love to return.

Fantastic location in the old town of Carcassonne, only a 20 min walk to the fortified medieval city, a 10 min walk from the train station (or a shuttle bus from the airport) and next to a beautiful square with a fountain plus restaurants, cafes and a mini Carrefour! The apartment is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked well and it was great value for money,

It is a beautiful apartment but many of the electric sockets are not properly fixed to the wall ⚡️ and this could be so easily rectified. The only other improvement would be to provide more cups or mugs for drinking tea and coffee. There is currently one.

Buena ubicación en una de las calles principales de Carcassonne. El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien calefactado.

Como nota a mejorar, deberían cambiar las sábanas y el cubre cama para cada nuevo cliente, y disponer de alguna toalla más, así como más papel higiénico.
