We especially enjoyed the service received by the entire staff. They helped us with anything we needed. They help us order food, which was very tasty and a good price.
The location requires a car to pick you up and drop you off. It wasn’t much of an inconvenience. It was nice to be removed from hustle and bustle of the touristic area.
The AC in the room worked great. The pool was very nice to have.

Very peaceful and comfortable stay for our group of 6 for 4 nights. Abdullah was very helpful with organising take away food and help with travel and any other requests. Mustafa ensured we had a great breakfast every day.
The pool was a blessing in this very hot weather.
Ahmed the owner also has a tour business which we didn’t use having already booked an itinerary.
We took advantage of his great local restaurant recommendations.

We really appreciated the hospitable staff who took care of us in every way and tended to our needs. The place was great with a comfortable apartment and a nice pool to relax in the heat of Luxor.
The location was not optimal. Quite remote, hard to get there with Uber and very dark to walk in the area by night. On the other hand our hosts arranged for transportation or food delivery whenever we needed it.

La vue sur la bananeraie est jolie. L'appartement est globalement propre
Les photos sur Booking sont nettement améliorées donnant l'impression d'un appartement beaucoup plus lumineux et moderne. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont vraiment à refaire. La villa est dans un lieu excentré, éloignée de la berge du Nil et surtout la route qui y mène est gravement dégradée et en plein travaux, impossible pratiquement d'atteindre la villa à pieds. Le plus décevant, c'est que l'hôte a eu un contact très froid voire désagréable dès lors qu'on a décliné l'idée d'organiser toutes les visites/activités/déplacements avec lui, sachant qu'il propose des prix exorbitants comparés à ceux dont on a bénéficié en cherchant par nous mêmes. Nous avons été mal à l'aise pendant tout le séjour.
