The fantastic balcony with a spectacular view of the Duoro river, valley, mountains and sunsets. There is lots to see and do nearby too, with some great walks and interesting places to visit.
It is directly onto a road so sometimes the traffic is noisy especially motor bikes. Then the trains are noisy as the train line is immediately at the back of the house. We got used to them though. Do not let this put you off. The price I think reflects this.

Loved the view! The kitchen and bathroom were great and the living area was very cosy! We loved how private it was and the aircon was perfect!!
There was an ant infestation in the bedroom, which was quite difficult to deal with. Woke up in the morning to find ants in our water glasses. The ants got worse throughout our stay.
It would also have been useful to have had some more amenities, such as more soap, some milk, some water etc. because there were no shops nearby that we could buy these things.

Casa com o espaço ideal para um casal, ou até mesmo para um casal com um ou dois filhos, já que o sofá também pode ser utilizado como cama. Está totalmente equipada com todos os utensílios necessários (talheres, pratos, tachos, entre outros), o que permite uma estadia confortável sem preocupações.
A cozinha é bastante completa, a casa de banho tem uma excelente área, e a casa em geral oferece muito conforto. Um dos grandes destaques, especialmente para mim que viajei em dias de muito calor, foi o ar condicionado tanto na sala como no quarto — uma verdadeira mais-valia, já que no exterior estavam quase 40 °C.
Outro ponto absolutamente incrível é a vista para o Douro — simplesmente indescritível. Poder fazer refeições ou relaxar no exterior com essa paisagem torna a experiência ainda mais especial.
Por fim, deixo o meu agradecimento pela oportunidade de ficar neste espaço. Como disse à minha companheira: “Eu vivia aqui se pudesse.”

La vue sur le Douro est imprenable, très belle vallée
Parking exigu, logement coincé entre voie ferrée (trains qui passent à un metre de la maison) et route nationale très passante (grande vitesse) et très bruyante. Fenêtres condamnées côté voie ferrée. Nous venions en vacances pour être au calme.
