Posizione ottima che ti permette di girare Pisa senza utilizzare mezzi pubblici. Si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti circa da piazza dei miracoli. Io ho pernottato con la famiglia e mi sono trovata benissimo

The location is perfect.
The staff is excellent!
I think if it could have the washing machine - this would be perfect, if you not inly sightseeing, but also beach seeing ;)

Posizione perfetta! Gentilezza e disponibilità della sig. Lorenza! Ci ha anche suggerito cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
Le zanzare ci hanno un po’ massacrati nonostante autan e zanzariera della proprietaria.

The location was ideal. We were only a 10 minute walk from everywhere we wanted to be. There was a busy square nearby with restaurants and bars.
Check-in was easy. Someone met us and showed us around and the host was quick to reply to messages.
The bedroom was spacious and plenty of storage.
The sofa bed in the living room was a great addition for our family.
Although we had a kitchen it was missing an oven, toaster and microwave. These would have been useful.
It wasn't dirty but it would benefit from a deeper clean, especially the floors, and for the cups/plates to have been checked as we needed to wash some before we used them.
It was a bit noisy in an evening, passersby shouting outside disturbed us.
