Nette Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Alles in allem Recht sauber. Einfaches Öffnen der Wohnung.
Könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein. Scharfe Messer haben gefehlt und ein Schneidebrett hat geschimmelt.

The location was excellent. Getting to and from the airport was very easy, and the apartment is very close to the central train station and the PisaMover. Most of the main sights in Pisa can also be reached easily on foot.
The apartment is very well equipped. It has everything you might need, including a hairdryer, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Most of the appliances seem quite new and are in good condition.
Communication with the hosts was also excellent - responses were quick and there were no problems at all. The apartment itself is quite comfortable for a stay, and the layout of the furniture and appliances is well thought out. The air conditioning works very well, seems quite new and is pleasantly quiet.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with the windows facing directly onto the street. As a result, you can hear quite a lot of noise from outside, including traffic and people passing by. If you are looking for a very quiet and peaceful place to relax, this might be something to keep in mind.
Noise from the neighbouring apartments can also be heard quite clearly.
There was a slight feeling of humidity in the apartment, but this is quite common in older buildings in Italy, so I would not really consider it a negative.
We also had some minor issues with the hot water, as the apartment has a gas boiler and we had to reset it a few times. However, the apartment is equipped with both a carbon monoxide and gas detector, which is definitely a plus.

Appartement bien équipé assez spacieux et peu bruyant.
Stationnement dans la rue assez facile.
L’appartement se trouve dans une zone à faible émission et normalement nous devons disposer d’un pass pour y accéder.
Si les voisins sont bruyants, il y a pas mal de bruit
$$$$
