Sad.
Good location, nice yard.
Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The hostess was hostile from the beginning and seemed interested only in extracting money from guests rather than providing hospitality. The accommodation was not as advertised. The place was extremely dirty and felt more like a storage room than a proper vacation rental. The listing on Booking was misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. We were also not informed that a family with three children would be staying immediately next door, separated only by a wall. We were repeatedly disturbed by loud noise, including footballs hitting our door. Our privacy was constantly compromised, as the children would open the shades and look through our window. When we politely tried to explain these issues to the owner, she reacted aggressively, raising her voice, making offensive remarks such as, “Next time, go camping.” and she even threatened to record our call. Furthermore, the Booking listing clearly indicated that pets were allowed without an extra charge. However, while we were driving to the property-around 23:00 at night because of a family health issue which we infromed the hostess about-the hostess called us and demanded additional payment for our pet.As a result, what should have been a relaxing vacation after a long year became a complete waste of money. We had booked a five-night stay but felt forced to leave after only two nights due to the hostess’s hostile behavior. She even threatened us to leave earlier and repeatedly pressured us regarding our departure.Despite all these issues, the hostess continues to refuse any refund. The entire experience was unacceptable and far below basic standards of hospitality. Properties and hosts that engage in misleading advertising, aggressive behavior, and disregard for guest privacy should not be allowed on Booking or any similar platform.
