This property is in a wonderful location from my point of view as someone who is in Lisbon for the first time. EVERYTHING I WANTED TO SEE WAS EASILY ACCESSIBLE. Plus, the property itself is an extremely cozy space and very comfortable. Especially since it has a parking space and gives you the convenience of worry-free parking (I saw a couple of cars with broken side windows that were broken by thieves). I warmly but truly recommend this accommodation from the bottom of my heart. I weighed it and found it worth every cent I paid.
The owner gave me a garage key that didn't have a working battery, he said he would replace it and didn't. Pretty low for this price and good attitude. I don't hold it against him, but I scold him.

Nice layout and bright.
Street entrance pavement dangerous. Near feel twice into traffic. Pavement needs tiles replaced. Also only 1 hand and bath town each not enough. Could do with 2 so we could rotate in wash. Also garage key fob did not work so garage had to be Opened from switch inside. Bit of pain if driving yourself esp as garage was in one way street with no passing place. Had mega issue with this.

Open windows, breeze
Host was UNREACHABLE when requesting help entering building. Apartment was NOT cleaned until after 4. Check in was at 3. No hand soap. Never able to get TV channels.
