La ubicacion muy buena, lo mejor del apartamento.
Necesita un buen repaso en general, tenia ventanas qiue no se podian cerrar, paredes sucias, mobiliario viejo y destartalado, motores cercanos a las habitaciones qie impiden dormir bien... comunicacion eacasa y poco colaborativa.

This was the best place we have ever stayed in London since we come every year and it was the MOST worthy money wise! The location was amazing, very close to the Metro and all kinds of things (supermarkets, McDonald’s, drinks, M&S food, Tate Modern etc) and the view was literally London Eye! The rooms were large and comfortable as well as the beds. The whole house was clean and comfortable providing a living room and a kitchen!
I didn’t like the fact that I could not communicate with the host better. I had tried to communicate with her for an early check in since middle July, tried calling, tried email and tried through booking but didn’t get an answer until the day of our arrival. Probably the most important, we had no information about the Wi-Fi, nor in the booking or inside the house, we asked once we arrived for network and password but received the details just a day before leaving 😂 we tried connecting and it said the info were false. So no Wi-Fi, all data for almost 5 days….
Also since the facility says that it provides a TV, I would expect for the remote control to have batteries, unfortunately it didn’t. So no TV either.

The location is superb, the apartment is amazing!
It needs a little TLC, but nothing significant. The en-suite bathroom door keeps opening and doesn’t lock for eg. The fans, one was completely broken and one was breaking as we tried to use it. The temperatures were around 32 degrees Celsius.

Location was good. Two bathrooms helped with 6 people staying.
No small handtowels, not even for kitchen. Thin pillows, so not comfortable to sleep. Flat is above the vaults, so heard rave music late into the night. Also street door code was tricky. If you got it wrong, you had to wait a minute for it to reset.
