Floors were so so dirty
All flat needs deep cleaning
Please throw that leather sofa it’s disgustingly dirty
One of the bedrooms wardrobe was filled with linens towels etc and it looks so so bad . Takes all the storage and we couldn’t fit to one size of wardrobe
Vacuum cleaners were so so dirty they wouldn’t work so we had to clean all in detail so they started working again
We been told our flat was on market without legal permissions at resort that made us so so uncomfortable for 11 nights that we were going to be moved from our flat .we have paid so much and couldn’t relax

Booking had to be shortened due to an “error” by the system / host ?
I had to find a nights accommodation to complete my trip
Host didn’t want to accept any responsibility for my inconvenience and increased costs
They lied about a refusal to pay a deposit and threatened to cancel our booking…..all very stressful
They also tried to manipulate me so I wouldn’t report the issue to Booking.com so they didn’t get hit with fees
