Stylish modern apartment with air con and wrap around balcony. Great night sleep in cool air con rooms such quiet area but yet 10 minute walk to town.. would be defo back.

Extra toilet paper in my opinion one only! So more coffee capsules and kitchen paper to assist to ensure the home would be kept clean.

Very nice and well designed and styled apartment in a large fairly boring 1980s apartment complex. Got the remodel totally right but got the hosting wrong. Requested a light blanket and was told by manager that none was available but we could adjust the AC. In 50 years of traveling that’s a first. With AC off it was too hot. With it set at 23 we needed blankets. Only 2 pillows on master bed. Very little “start-up” supplies including no sponge in the kitchen. No small garbage pales anywhere in the apartment including the bathroom (bothersome for menstruating women, for example). Garbage containers in kitchen did not have bags. Apartment is in a nice neighborhood 15 minute walk from the port. We are a lovely place in the square in front of the local church. Check out is difficult as the easiest exit is through the car park entrance but that gate requires you to physically insert a key at a weird angle reaching through the gate. Then once car is packed you have to go back into the apartment to leave the keys and then exit through the front and walk around to the car. Smart lock system works so so but at least once we have difficulty getting out of the apartment which was worrisome in the event of an emergency. And don’t even think of trying to park in the garage unless you have a very small car. The listing shows the width of the car that can fit. Unfortunately I didn’t measure and scraped my car. My fault but points to the fact you have to measure carefully BEFORE entering the garage as once you’re in it’s a nightmare to turn around.

• El apartamento es bonito, reformado con estilo y estaba limpio. • Tiene un balcón agradable. • El Coop está a 2 minutos, muy práctico. • La zona es tranquila, a 20 minutos andando del puerto.

• Check-in Odisea: había que descargar una app para el check-in y otra para abrir las puertas. Recién ahí se podía acceder a las llaves del portón. El sistema fallaba y a veces no se podía abrir. Además, entres por donde entres hay escaleras; el ascensor está en un nivel intermedio al que solo se llega subiendo. Para lo que cobran podrian poner una persona que facilite un poco el ingreso. • Parking "gratis" = mentira: es una plaza angostísima en un sótano lleno de columnas y paredes, solo apta para un Fiat 500. Tuve que pagar 35 € por día en un garaje a 1,3 km. Varios comentarios dicen lo mismo...LO MAS GRACIOSO ES QUE EL TITULO DE BOOKING ACLARA QUE TIENE PARKING, NO SEAS CARADURA, SI SABES QUE EL PARKING ES ANGOSTO NO HAGAS PROMOCION CON ALGO QUE PARECE UNA CARGADA. • Faltan cosas básicas: sin soporte de papel, sin cepillo de inodoro, sin cesto de basura en el baño. En la cocina, los tachos sin bolsas, sin esponja, sin trapo de rejilla, sin escoba, sin pala, sin trapo de piso. Tuve que comprar algunas cosas yo. • Santa Margherita sobrevalorada: playas de piedra, no cabe ni un alfiler, filas para todo. Desde el depto La playa queda a 13 cuadras, no es tan cerca. • Había un jabalí negro gigante (casi del tamaño de una vaca) en frente del edificio, que casi ataca a un vecino, tengan cuidado.
