スタッフの方達の対応がとても丁寧でした。ワンコを一時預かりしてもらいましたが、ワンコはとても楽しかったようでした。セキュリティ対策は万全、ワンコの一時預かりも安心な、おすすめなホテルです。また京都に来るときは、このホテルが予約できる日にしたい。
