Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war bis auf einem Geschirrspüler mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin Joanna war sehr nett und stets erreichbar.
Die allgemeine Küchengeschirrausstattung (zu wenig Besteck usw..) sollte verbessert werden. Man sieht das die Häuser erst vor kurzen gebaut wurden. Überall sind noch Spuren von scheinbar noch nicht fertiggestellten Malerarbeiten (z.B. Klebebandreste) zu finden. Kleinere Mängel wie loser Türgriff und klemmende Terassentür oder Rollos sollten zeitnah behoben werden.

The property was spacious, clean and had all facilities needed for a fantastic stay. The private pool was a huge bonus and larger than many I’d seen offered. Thank you!

The location was great, a 5/10 minute walk to the local supermarket, shops and restaurants. Only 20/25 minute walk to the beach and more restaurants and bars.
Tucked away from main strip in a quieter residential area with a few smaller hotels with great views across the mountains.
The property was modern with lots of handy extras left, ready for our arrival including toilet rolls, washing up liquid, towels, water, wine etc.
downstairs sleep areas were great, very cool with ample of space.
Outside space was just about right, decent sized pool, area of shade for lunch and nice amount of to relax on the sun loungers.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful from Joanna and Andreas to the cleaner and gardener.
The upstairs bedroom was nice and spacious but not quite as big as the downstairs. Main issue with this bedroom was the really poor and intermittent air con which seemed to be off more than it was on. We were told this was normal for the aircon system fitted however the air con units downstairs appeared to be almost always on.
The rooms were naturally hotter than the rooms downstairs/underground though at times was unbearable.
We asked for a fan for the bedroom on the second night which took a few days to arrive, it did help when the air con stopped but it would be great to get a more suitable air con system fitted which would have made our stay a lot more enjoyable.
Although the villa is modern, it felt tired and required a lot of DIY in places. The outside was had patches of paint that had randomly been painted, a lot of the external light fixings had been taped up, presumably ready to be painted but just left and there were exposed wires which had been partially tied and taped and marks on the walls throughout the villa.
The outside sun canopy fell down twice during our stay. I appreciate this was caused by the strong winds we experienced a few times however the first time I put it back up myself. The second time someone else came to put it back up and used a tool to tighten all corner points properly which I turn stopped a squeak that had been happening from the moment we got there and woke us up most evenings and mornings. I had mentioned it to Joanna after the first night but no one looked at the sun canopy until the day before we left. The last night ended up being the best nights sleep without any noises.
A minor thing to mention also is the master bedroom on the first floor did have a safe but it was fairly lightweight and not bolted to anything meaning anything valuable left inside it was particularly safe. Anyone could have picked it up and taken the safe with them.
