Perfect for our first visit to Portugal

We loved the residential location, in a quiet building , overlookjng a community square with tables, trees, playground, pond with turtles etc We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony and enjoying the rhythm of the area. We appreciated the elevator for carrying our luggage up the one floor. Very clean and well provided modern kitchen and bath, and comfortable beds . The apartment had everything we wanted to be comfortable and relaxed and there is a nice garden park nearby.

Entry directions were clearly provided, and the ONLY negative was no more information was provided, such as a welcome , or instructions about the lovely apartment, such as how to use the appliances, shower, TV etc.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable and great terrace balcony.

The apartment is lovely and well laid out. It was very clean and comfortable. There are 2 fans in the bedrooms which was ideal as it was very hot in Lisbon. The terrace balcony faces onto the park opposite the building and was our favourite feature! The location is great, it's approx. 30 minute walk to the very centre of the city or 5 minutes in a taxi. There are some lovely cafés and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment too. There's also a supermarket around the corner.

The communication with the host was limited, which was fine, but just be aware that messages aren't answered until you're actually at the apartment and then instructions are given about how to access the lock box. We also had a small issue with the toilet not flushing for a day and sent a message to the host, but unfortunately didn't hear back. The issue resolved itself thankfully and we would stay at the apartment again as the location is fantastic and it is so clean and comfortable. There didn't appear to be cutlery, like knives and forks in the kitchen, but there was some limited cooking utensils.

Excellent location and comfortable apartment with balcony overlooking a pretty square

The apartment is in an excellent location overlooking a pretty square. The apartment was mostly well equipped and comfortable with a few exceptions such as only 2 mis-matched wine glasses and no shower gel or shampoo and beside lights that needed a missing power cable to charge them so didn’t work. The kettle was broken and although the owner said he would replace it that didn’t happen. Although I messaged the owner through booking.com before arrival for check in instructions we didn’t receive any and I had to phone him when we got to the address. He then sent photos of a key box attached to railings in the square and a message with the code. Bizarre! Communication could have been better

Ev her ne kadar yaşlı olsa da mutfak, banyo ve yatak odaları yenilenmiş idi. Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Hem alışveriş mekezi ve marketlere hem de toplu ulaşım noktalarına yakın idi.
