Room was cozy, modern, had ceiling speakers with Bluetooth. Good value on the night as it was a busy event but I would not have seen it as good value had the price been the same on a non event day.
Room did not look like the one in the picture, e.g. seemed smaller, smaller TV that was stuck in a corner, bathroom smelled of sewage constantly despite not having used it (however, it did seem clean). Some maintenance issues with damp patches on the wall that had been quickly painted over. Blinds were very dusty and there were 2 flies in the bathroom when we arrived.

Chloe was very prompt at communicating
There was no chair in the room and the mattress was soft on the sides and you felt like you were tipping out of bed when you rolled over
Tea and coffee not topped up but there’s a fab coffee stall in the market opposite

Room was spacious and clean. Great location to winter gardens, plenty of cafes for breakfast. Shopping centre 6 mins away.
