The bed was blissfully comfortable. The drinks supplies were generous and you could help yourself to more from a tray in reception. The wifi was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very central and especially handy for the Winter Gardens.
The window was locked shut so I couldn't open it and it got very warm at night. The temperature control on the shower seemed to work backwards, and the door of the cubicle wouldn't stay open by itself but had to be held open all the time you were getting in and out, which I found tricky.
