The hotel was in an excellent location for access to the Tower and trams. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here aagain.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was lovely and served fast.Staff were friendly and happy to help with most things. Not far from town, shops and amusements. Parking with hotel can be booked which saved a small fortune. Over all we had a great stay, just a couple of things which didnt make it perfect.
The tv didnt work, the room was small. We booked a family room with 2 children. Not much room to move around in and put a travel cot up. Very small bathroom. Not much storage for clothing etc.Staff friendly apart from 1 person- Didnt seem to interact with anyone and when did, could be quite miserable.
