The staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and helpful. Made you feel like you were really important.
The bathroom was tired .
Room on sea front had poor shutting windows which on a very windy night was an issue.

Room yes a little update needed but clean sheets & towels & comfy nights sleep too!
Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety & hot…. staff friendly and super helpful.
Even though the copper lounge was quite full, all the staff did a great prompt job!
Checking in was a breeze - super attentive & helpful.
In the Copper lounge it was a little too hot but, asked the Bar Manager about the air conditioning & She sorted it! 🙏
