Right opposite the winter Gardens which was ideal for us as we were attending a concert .
Nothing everything was fine and spotless n clean . Lovely breakfast . Full English was spot on . Good quality food . Bottled water in the room and all your toiletries.wood definitely stay again

The room and deco were excellent
We had a problem with a leaking roof which resulted in a very wet bed. The owner had left a contact number in case of a problem. This proved to be out of use. We have yet to have any sort of contact with the owner or an apology, The manager Jan was excellent.but we spent a night with a very wet bed. The owner of the property, which is excellent in every way; has not been in contact. They need to improve their customer care in a big way.

You get what you pay for just like the saying I chose it because of the good reviews. We had a twin room the bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thin. The glass ceiling light was thick with dust never been cleaned for a long time. The toilet seat was loose which I did mention when we were leaving but I was told that every toilet in building was the same. The room was at the front of the building so quite noisy early morning it just wasn’t for us unfortunately.
