I really liked the location of the hotel, 2 min walk from winter gardens and only about 5 10 minutes to the main pier, shops etc. Staff were very friendly lovely man greeting you in the hotel he was lovely. Loved i had a big spacious room and was not a tiny room.
Room was damp you could smell it, bed was comfy to sleep in but pillows were very old and crusty looking i had to put my own blanket over it for comfort, but the bed was comfy matress i cant complain, just bed clothes were old you could tell, carpets were old and poorly cleaned, although you can tell the room is outdated, cracks on mirrors in our room and the chair was also broken one leg. There is no room service in this hotel which i didn't really like you had to go down to reception to get ur own toliet rolls and towels. Room was also roasting at night and no aircon available in the room and the window for air was tiny no air was getting in.
