Last minute desperate booking after driving 2 hours and another hotel cancelled on us. One bed was really comfy whilst the other wasn’t great. Lovely bathroom! Excellent location.
We paid a lot of money due to the firework event being on, therefore prices hiked. We paid £169 for a night, which was definitely over priced. One comfy bed, one not very comfy.

How the staff member alongside the front desk went above and beyond helping with parking, the rooms were clean , the location was good
Bathroom could of been a little more cleaner the shower had water stains , stainless steel needed polishing , just small details really the hallway carpet is looking tiered and worn , outside furniture needs replacing

Dirty items in bathroom taps, water glass.
Hand wash empty.
Tv screen smeared.
Bedroom door with no frame .
No light shade just bulb
Arrived 6pm all staff sat around on sofas with mates . Very unprofessional
Only Netflix &YouTube on tv.
