Everything about this hotel is brilliant cleanliness was spotless and the breakfast was amazing we will definetley return realy friendly and anything you wanted to know Dawn would help you out and in a great location close to all attractions and things to do welldone delamere hotel

Breakfast was lovely, I like apple juice 😃. Room was pleasant enough. Very friendly.

Dawn was so lovely and accommodating after a cock up with Booking.com
She couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be .
There was a terrible smell in the entrance and dining room .
Not sure what it was cats ?
It was quite overwhelming
Thankfully air fresheners in our bedroom.
So sorry to say this but it has put us off staying again
$$$$
