There are two bedrooms one with a Queen Sized bed and one with two Singles - there is a Sofa Bed (Queen) in the main living area so there is sleeping for 6 if required. We also have porta cots (x2) and linen available along with a safety gate for the top of the stairs. Aircon units are installed in each room along with Ceiling fans which makes for comfortable living regardless of the season or simply open the spacious doors and let the breeze flow through. Both bedrooms have 40"smart TV's installed and a 55" Smart TV is in the lounge - all have access to Netflix and Stan Sport. Walk to the fabulous Sandstone Hotel or grab your fishing rod and have a cast in the Passage 2 minutes walk away. With spacious free secure parking, a pool, Kayak, lockup garage, outdoor courtyard and a BBQ this is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the local area. Great local restaurants a few minutes walk away and plenty of things to do such as Hire a Boat, head over to Bribie, visit the local markets or just chill with a cold drink at home or on the grass at the Passage foreshore. We have security cameras installed at the Front and Rear access areas of the townhouse and access to the complex is restricted.
