The home is within walking and biking distance to the Amish Village of Pinecraft that features Yoder's Fresh Market and restaurants. It's only a short drive to Siesta Key(9.4 mi) and Lido Key (6.5mi) both with beautiful beaches! Downtown Sarasota is only minutes away! • The space • The space has an open floor plan with plenty of room for entertaining family. It'll be your home away from home! The backyard is private with a heated pool and hot tub and there's a pavilion that has an outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. There is a gas grill & a Big Green Egg. • Guest access • All areas are available for guests to access except for a locked supply closet. There's free parking on the property with enough room to fit a total of 5 cars, 1 would be in the garage and 4 on the driveway. • Other details to note • **Quiet time after 10pm **No loud parties **No glass by the pool **Homeowner or property managers are not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult.
