Flat Disa is a nice flat only 5 minutes away from the beach of Fenals, located on the third floor of a building with lift and a beautiful communal area with garden and swimming pool of more than 100m2. The flat has 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, bathroom, equipped kitchen, 1 balcony. Bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, WC. Living room: 2 sofa, table, chairs, TV, TV cabinet, exit to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for your holiday: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, table, crockery, cutlery. Distance to the beach of Sa Boadella is 400 meters - distance to the beach of Fenals - 500 meters. Near the community there are 2 supermarkets, the bus stop from where you can go to different destinations like Blanes train station or to the city centre, as well as to Barcelona, Girona, etc. etc. On the way to the beach of Fenals there are restaurants with menus from different countries, as well as bars, gift shops, beach accessories and pharmacies. At 400 m there is the entrance to the motorway in direction Barcelona-France. Within 5-10 minutes by car there is the water park Waterworld, the children's playground Gnomopark and the dolphinarium Marineland. Only 2 minutes walk away is the botanical garden "Jardines de Santa Clotilde", from where you have a wonderful view of the sea. Airport Girona - 30 km (destination RyanAir ) Airport Barcelona - 85 km . Blanes train station - 8 km
