Paddington is located in a private, yet elevated position on Paddington Lane. It is an easy 5 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, or 25 minutes to the Southern Highlands, yet the fantastic view will make you feel a world away from everything! Why choose Paddington? When you enter Paddington you walk down the hall to the light and bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a Smeg oven, microwave, and coffee machine that is compatible with L’Or pods. The lounge and dining area take in the wonderful escarpment views. There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed and an ensuite with a shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The shared bathroom has a shower, free standing bath and a toilet. The 2 queen bedrooms take in the stunning views towards the escarpment and over the swimming pool. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. What are the minimum stay rules? - Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Peak Season rules? Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
