Serendipity is located at the base of Barrengarry Mountain, overlooking the beautiful Kangaroo Valley escarpment on a private 2.5 acre block. It is only a 5-10 minute drive from the centre of Kangaroo Valley village, and just 30 minutes to the Southern Highlands. Why choose Serendipity? The home is made up of three pods all connected by floor to ceiling glass breezeways and polished concrete flooring. The first pod is the master bedroom suite with a large built-in wardrobe and spacious ensuite that has a beautiful bath, separate shower and toilet. The central pod has a generous living and dining area divided by a two-way open fireplace and an entertainer's kitchen with an island bench, two dishwashers, two ovens and a Nespresso coffee machine - perfect for entertaining guests! The living area has floor to ceiling bifold glass doors that open out to the entertaining area overlooking the swimming pool. The third pod boasts 3 more large bedrooms, all with queen beds and their own private ensuites with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom has private French doors that open onto the deck with views of the gardens and escarpment. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
