At this home, the outdoor & indoor living space is better defined as a living large space. The primary living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group & with the large smart HDTV mounted right above the warm gas fireplace. Stunning chandeliers are over the living room & indoor dining areas. There is also a secondary indoor dining area off the living room, a perfect spot for some cards or board games.

When it's time to rest & rejuvenate, head to the primary bedroom suite. Its 12 foot tray ceilings & the dimensions of this room can even make the King bed look small. Lounge on the full size sofa, enjoy Camelback mountain views & the Smart TV from bed, or step directly outside for a dip in the pool or hot tub. Bedroom 2 may actually be considered preferable to Bedroom 1, by some. Bedroom 2 is actually a "Casita", or "mother in law" suite. This bedroom suite is quite large, & feels even larger thanks to it's high ceilings. You'll have a Queen size bed, two loveseats, a wall mounted HDTV, a wet bar with mini-fridge, & a beautiful private bathroom. This casita suite is a very private space that does not share any walls with the rest of the home. The roof of the home extends from the main house, across most of the patio, & the casita. So, in the unlikely event of a rain shower, the guests staying in the casita will have no problem going back 7 forth to their bedroom. Also, the casita suite is literally right next to the pool area, so this suite is one that your group might have to flip coins over.

Bedroom 3 features another King size bed, a walk-in closet, a smart TV, & direct access to the garden. It's private bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with bench & wall mounted faucet in the vanity. The custom tile creates a consistent style & decor throughout. Bedroom 4 is yet another suite. It features a Queen size bed, a walk-in closet, smart TV, & direct access to the pool deck. Its private bathroom features a vessel sink & tumbled travertine tile that beautifully encapsulates the bathtub, shower & vanity areas. Bedroom 5 doubles as a private office. This room has a desk as well as sleeper sofa that is ideal for kids or perhaps a single adult. This bedroom / office does not have its own full ensuite bathroom, but it is right next to the very large half bathroom, which has more than enough counter space for personal items.

This is a single level home that is handicap accessible. It's also a smart home, featuring the Savant system to ensure smooth & easy control of the lighting & audio. An in-home ipad offers access & control for whatever you need. This includes security cameras to provide you with peace of mind, or simply the fun ability to say hi to your guests by name when they buzz you from the entry gate.

** Pool & hot tub heating is optional & available for an additional fee. The cost is $150 per night to heat both the pool & hot tub, $100 per night to heat just the pool, & $50 per night for the hot tub only. Pool heating must be booked for the entire length of your stay, while hot tub heating can be more flexible. We require at least 7 days' notice before check-in for any heating requests, & a short form will be sent prior to your arrival to confirm your preferences.
** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels & rental properties have some rules & are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. Please review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and/or Terms &Conditions presented during the online booking process. After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, & prior to occupying the property. There may be other requirements. Background checks may be performed& in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card & or a refundable security/damage deposit. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, & are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement & associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct & maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size &subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, & may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, & security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances & exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure & safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest & upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value & quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, & you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements & measures are necessary. Security cameras & noise monitoring devices are an example & demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, & in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, & so on.
