About this cottage rental
Julia’s Retreat NSB was created to make your Florida getaway the most memorable vacation ever! This fabulous original 1930s cottage home is located in historic and arts district with dining and entertainment. It is walking distance to Canal Street with restaurants, boutique shops and Art galleries. On Saturdays, there is a Farmers market at the end of the street. The Intracoastal waterway is nearby and a 2 mile drive to Flagler street nightlife the spectacular beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.
The House is FULLY renovated with new finishes and appliances. The open floor plan shares a cozy Living room, Dining area and spacious Kitchen. The primary Bedroom has a king bed and its own Bathroom, the second Bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Relax outside on one of 2 porches, the Adirondack chairs out front or cool off under the breezeway where we have a BBQ grill.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at Janice’s home. She was an excellent host and was always in communication with me. Her home is the perfect spot in downtown New Smyrna. Walkable to everything right there in the downtown area, yet a quick easy jot over to the beach. I look forward to another visit to New Smyrna and will definitely stay here again!

Lovely home with primo location to Canal Street. Host took care of a small issue super quickly and we will book Julia’s Cottage again when visiting New Smyrna Beach!

Great house and great location! Very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of extra niceties! Host is very thoughtful with needed provisions, plus extras, and was prompt in responding to questions. Loved being able to walk around Historical NSB, just one block away! Would definitely come back!
