We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that Lower West Buffalo is an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the house. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. IDs of the individuals booking will be needed as per our-policy.
