Just a quick note regarding pets 🐾 — they can be accommodated upon request, but please let us know in advance so we can submit an approval request to the homeowner/building management.
If approved, a pet fee applies to help cover additional cleaning:
• $50 per pet (stays under 7 nights)
• $75 per pet (stays under 15 nights)
• $100 per pet (stays 16–30 nights)
This is a one-time fee per pet and goes toward our deep cleaning service after check-out.
A few pet guidelines to help ensure a smooth stay:
1. Please clean up after your pet, including any messes in outdoor areas.
2. For safety and comfort, pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit.
Additionally, a refundable $250 security deposit will be collected and returned after check-out, provided there are no damages.
