Located just a short drive from Bethany Beach, this lovely resort-style community boasts a plethora of on-site amenities, including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, a multi-sport court and saunas, a playground, a summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with restaurant. Guest passes for amenity use are available for purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Your private getaway overlooks the ninth hole on the Black Bear course. The interior of your home away from home is a place of pure peace, composed of hardwood flooring, high ceilings, and ample natural lighting. Effortlessly relax, cook, and dine with loved ones amidst the open-concept layout. Accommodating all family members, a crib is available in one of the bedrooms. With central air-conditioning and high-quality linens throughout, no one's comfort will go unattended. The interior perks extend to a jetted tub off the primary bedroom, a separate laundry room, and smart TVs. The spacious deck presents a gas grill and alfresco dining, ready to entertain and perfect for nights in. Enjoy unforgettable views from the balcony as the sun begins to set over paradise. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. You must be 25 or older to rent this property. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
