About this apartment rental
Beautiful newly renovated 1bd 1br apartment. 1st floor (Entrance on the side Croskey St.) Location in the up and coming Point Breeze area of Philadelphia. Free street parking. About 10-15 mins from Center City, Sport Complex and Navy Yard. Also 10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and the famous Geno's Steaks.
Upstairs apartment is used for Vrbo as well.

Excellent stay for the price. Street parking available, but we had a walk a couple of blocks sometimes. However, it's a quiet side street, so easy to load and unload double parked. Bus stop around the corner. The place is clean and pleasantly decorated. Neighborhood is very dense, but also very quiet. Be sure to have the alarm code ready when you open the door! (Different from the door code!)

The apartment is clean overall. However, the floor can use a bit of cleaning. The water pressure is a bit low, and the bathroom should have a towel for the floor. The bed is comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and future guests could benefit from the changes suggested.

We were there to attend events in sports arena area so the location was great to get there by feet or subway. The neighborhood is not the cleanest but very safe…we like the local vibe to it. The only downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbours that lasted until 5:30AM. Maybe we were just not lucky.
