The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants. There are bikes/scooters that can be rented from ride sharing apps as well. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund. - Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items. - Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided - Hot Tub is used at your own risk - Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit - Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit. - Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home.
