Street parking allowed up to 2 cars on gravel. Pulling out on main street will be limited with street parking. EV charger available from 9pm-7am. We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests. No pets or parties are allowed. Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times. Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
