Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.
Grill Reminder: If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

The bed was comfortable, the air worked great, the shower water was hot, and the backyars was a great place to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Great location for going to Miami, the everglades or the upper keys.
