Note: there are stairs indoor to the second floor. There are also stairs to the backyard.
Outside: Yard, Swimming pool (Note: pool is unheated. Pool is open during the summer months June 21-September 30), patio.

What an amazing home, clean, welcoming & incredibly well stocked. We were visiting to attend a family function and this gave us an easy central location. The home has spaces for being quiet and comfortable places to gather together. We felt every need was met and loved the thoughtful extras we found like nice hand soap and lotions in every bath, robes and lush towels. You’ll be well served with this property especially for the upcoming college graduations around Boston with route 2, 95 and lower roads into town are minutes away.

Let me tell you…if you’re looking for an immaculate, welcoming, generously stocked and perfect home in the greater Boston area, THIS is it!! Our family was blown away with our entire experience. Maxine is an amazing host; the communication and support throughout our stay exceeded every expectation and this home is so quiet, convenient, comfortable and is located in a wonderful neighborhood. This house is most definitely a home away from home with every amenity (plus some!) provided! I accidentally booked the wrong dates initially but Maxine was patient and so helpful. Grateful! Thank you so much for a perfect week! Highly recommend this home and can’t say enough about our wonderful host, Maxine! We will most definitely stay here again when up in this area!!

The most appointed place we’ve ever stayed. Maxine was so generous. Everything you’d need to cook, bath and sleep was available. All appliances were top notch. Only issue, due to our age was the steep stairs. Definitely recommend if you stay in the Boston area. A car is necessary though.

Beautiful house and location! We enjoyed our stay and I will definitely come back here if I visit Boston again. The house was set up to afford privacy to all of us. (6 people). Unfortunately it was too chilly this week to enjoy the pool. Everything was immaculate and stocked with the basic spices snd even fresh fruits when we arrived! The host kept me informed when the pool maintenance person was to arrive. Excellent communication with our host. Absolutely 5 stars and above! Thank you!
