At our arrival we were greeted with a broad smile from this young man named “Jesus”, he was efficient and polite. The reservation transaction went smooth and we had a minimal waiting time, the room was impeccable clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is extremely delicious and with a big variety. Our check out was taken by “valentina”, a young hostess who was also effective and attentive in every detail. Walkable, quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel, good for the price, clean and well located. If i ever go back to Minca, i would definitely stay there without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although the outdoor space of the property was great, the accommodations were dark, cemented wall, shower curtain bathroom door, musty door and beds were like sleeping on plywood. The food was average in price and quality in restaurant but no coffee available until 8 am. I paid for 4 nights and after 2 nights I was struggling with the musty smell and asked for partial compensation back for the unused portion of my stay and they said no..
