Staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly and always attentive and helpful. Great location in Minca and very good value for money.
Our room had a leak - but this was due to a giant thunderstorm while we were there! We notified staff and they immediately changed our room, so not a problem overall. WiFi was also a bit patchy. Showers were cold but in fairness the property description does specify that there is no hot water.

The best was ventilator above the toilet :) but also nice 2 ventilators over the (very comfortable) beds. Place is super clean, staff is super nice, awsome localization.

Convenient location right by the bus stop, supermarket in the building, friendly staff, many adorable animals, nice pool, comfortable bed, easy check-in, overall great!
Only thing is the property doesn’t have a power generator and there were many power outages during our stay (3-4 days in a row), which we were told was out of the ordinary..

Good location, clean hotel and good facilities. Staff ok.
The bed was hard, early check-out, lots of mosquitoes and spiders, wet towels, and the price was a bit high.
