The toiler paper in the bathrooms was very scarce; Shower gel was very scarce; Bathrooms were very tight; floor was missing tiles; kitchen balcony was very crooked; check in information (codes for the doors) was not easy to obtain (we had to call and text the support number multiple times); images of the apartments on the website are misleading (they didn't show these flaws). The bed was comfortable. While the price per night is lower than other properties in the region, over all we considered that the conditions did not match the price.

The pictures of the hotel and rooms are deceiving, , no furniture , no closet to hang clothes, just a place to stay and go ! And definitely I won’t stay here again , and I hardly recommended .

The only advantage of this place is the low price (which corresponds directly to the low standard of accommodation as well as good location not far from the most important European institutions, right next to three charming squares, located in a row: Marguerite, Ambiorix and Marie Louise. The name "EU District Studios" means a small building on the traditional, quiet Charles Quint street, among tenement houses. It has long been in need of thorough renovation. There are only few apartments. There are steep, uncomfortable stairs and no elevator. In my studio no 7 (on second floor), there was no toilet paper. After arriving late in the evening I had to fetch toilet paper from the ugly toilet which I found in desperation on the landing. The water in the toilet was turned off. I had to turn the water on and turn it off each time after use, otherwise the water would pour out in a strong stream. I couldn't use the sink because the water didn't drainl. There was no soap at all - I bought liquid soap in the shop. The condition of the electricity network, no connection to the TV, a bedside lamp that I found unplugged and lying on the floor under a falling apart box - it's better not to comment. Nothing worked properly in the tiny shower cabin, but at least the water drained without any problems. Fortunately, the room was clean, but everything (walls, decor, floor, lighting, interior doors, etc.) requires renovation and refreshment. The quality is low however the room is spacious.

I stayed in room zero, in the basement, with no windows in the room, with a lot of damp smell. The kitchen, very dirty, has a window for a trash can, with bags of trash, broken furniture and lots of rubbish. The building was under construction, I didn't receive the message with the door code, then they sent me a photo of the lock, without the code. A nightmare.
