- Heating works perfectly (you can set the temperature in both rooms). Given that in Spain, it is usual for the indoor temperature to be quite chilly in the winter, that is a big plus. Meanwhile, we cannot say much about how it is there in the summer.
- Water pressure and the temperature are perfect. The shower is modern and new.
- Windows can be opened if you want air circulation in the apartment.
- The kitchen had everything we needed (including a new dishwasher and a washing machine).
- The bathroom was (unexpectedly) spacious—a big plus.
- Overall, the apartment gave off a vibe of a place where one can live for a longer time than a hotel room (a huge plus).
The main hiccup happened during the arrival: the provided code to the apartment door didn't work. We had to contact the host to figure it out. Then the same thing happened with the WIFI code.
In general, it was a bit inconvenient that to check in we needed a working local phone (which I had but it ran out of charge; fortunately, my partner's phone worked). The routine is that to get to the building for the first time, you need to call the host.
