The incredibly attentive staff who only wanted to see that we enjoyed ourselves! One female staff member was so sweet we have her a gift from Australia 😍. The rooms were spacious and luxurious and had a great view, even from the giant bathtub 👌. The bed was huge and so comfortable, with quality new linen. So close to the markets and bustling night market. We LOVED this place, highly recommend.
Everything was wonderful! They catered to our vegan diet requirements for breakfast seamlessly.

Great location near the Sapa market. Super friendly staff (especially Nhang who was always smiling and happy to help) and clean, comfortable room which was good value for money. Highly recommend!!!

Location is great! Sapa night market is just 1-2 minute walk away. Family suite with balcony is big and comfortable for a family of 4. Room is clean and spacious. Reception is extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggage after check-in and shower at the lobby toilet before we leave Sapa for our sleeper train. Really appreciate their kindness.
