Location is good for the local mall. I liked the security features of the building and mall. The apartment is clean and well presented.
I was contacted on the evening before my stay to pay a damage deposit. It stressed me out because it wasn’t mentioned during the booking process and I had to send multiple communications to get it resolved—ultimately it was a mistake by the apartment management team. Cooking facilities seem limited, eg one pot was provided. There is no couch, the main room is essentially a bedroom come lounge, but as a lounge it is limited, eg you have two office-type chairs only. Location is good for the local mall, but for going into Taiping it requires a car or other transportation. I wanted to walk it, but the roads proved to be pretty dangerous. Also, local roads are noisy and you’ll hear it sometimes in the apartment.

Clean, and got everything i need for homestay. Can see the owner really put some thought on servicing the guest from the renovation and the services they provided.
Aircond prolly too small for the the house size.
