Nothing really

Lift not working. Smells of cigarettes smoke, wasn’t clean, beds VERY uncomfortable, water pump going all night- noisy - location undesirable

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND FOR THE MONEY I PAID I AM REQUESTING SOME SORT OF A REFUND FOR SUCK

There was no breakfast offered. There wa absolutely NOTHING we liked about this property.

The booking was horrible, There was a water leak, water coming up through the floor, there was a great mold smell, there was mold on the back of the curtains in the living room. We complained but had to stay in it that night but he offered to give us another unit the next day. We couldn't move into the other unit until 3:00 the next day because it was rented that night. That unit was one floor up, he never offered to help us move. That unit was clean but NO HOT WATER. There is something about the hot water there, we did what the instructons said but still no hot water. We took cold showers, we texted him to ask what to do and he still has never answered my text.

It was a disaster

I strongly advise against staying in this apartment. Its only advantage is its central location. Below is a summary of our experience: 1. The video instructions we received were outdated and highly misleading. The garage door to the key box looks completely different than the one shown in the video. 2. The owner, did not answer his phone when we tried to check in. We had no way to contact him. 3. We called the alternative number he provided, but the woman who answered was unable to help. 4. Eventually, a passerby opened the garage door for us. We managed to access the key box, but it was empty. 5. Exhausted after a long journey, we kept waiting. At last, Nigel returned our call and told us the key was in a different box. 6. Several hours after our arrival, we finally entered the apartment. 7. There were bed linens and towels for only two people, even though there were four of us. Two of us had to sleep in our clothes. 8. There is a persistent leak on the hallway floor, which is always wet. You can smell mold in the apartment. 9. After many messages and phone calls, the owner eventually sent a cleaning lady with the missing sheets. She arrived at midnight, woke us up, and tried to give us one dirty sheet and one bottom sheet. We refused to accept them. 10. The next day, the owner apologized for the first time. 11. We finally received clean sheets the next day, after 10 AM. 12. The bathroom mirror, which had been glued to the wall, fell and shattered. The owner was demanding €350 for the damage. Thankfully, we were out sightseeing at the time and no one was hurt. The mirror simply detached from the wall due to poor installation.

I bagni molto datati ed opachi Caldaia rumorosa Pavimento in plastica nella maggior parte della casa. Assenza di lavastoviglie. Quartiere centrale che però soprattutto di sera assumeva contorni talvolta inquietanti. Assenza di biancheria da cucina.
