Die Lage ins Zentrum/zum Strand ist super ca 15min. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Küche haben wir bis auf Kühlschrank nicht genützt. Parkplatz und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zwar nicht günstig aber im Vergleich oke. Wir kamen mit der Klospülung nicht zurecht (musste man ca 15x pumpen bis Wasser kommt) aber haben rasch Rückmeldung vom Vermieter erhalten. Sonnenschirm vorhanden das war super
Die Hauptstraße und das direkte Bahngleis können schon sehr laut sein. Was mich jedoch mehr gestört hat, war das viele Dinge wirklich ausgetauscht/repariert gehören. Ich bin normal nicht kleinlich jedoch ist die Matratze mehr wie durchgelegen und auch bei den Fenstern und Fliegengittern gehört einiges erneuert. Weitere Kleinigkeiten (Duschkopf, Küchenfront,..) könnten schnell und einfach behoben werden. Sauberkeit war oke aber sehr ausbaufähig. Vor allem der Parkplatz, leider liegt dort sehr viel Müll und Gestrüb (wir haben uns sogar einen Nagel in den Reifen eingefahren). In der Wohnung waren leider auch viele Ameisen was wir am Morgen feststellen mussten, als wir die übrig gebliebene Pizza vom Vortag essen wollten. Daraufhin haben wir den Karton samt Pizza zu den Mülleimern auf den Balkon gestellt. Am Nachmittag stellten wir dann entsetzt fest, dass der Karton von Tieren angeknabbert wurde. Am Abend lag der Karton auf dem Boden und die Pizza war weg. Was es genau war wissen wir aber nicht. Leider war an der Eingangstür der Schlüssel abgebrochen wodurch wir das Haupthaus nicht zusperren konnten. Der Vermieter wollte es am nächsten Tag reparieren, bei unsere Abreise nach 3 Tagen steckte der Schlüssel leider immer noch.

Great location with easy access to the beach and easy walking distance for everything else. Also a bit of space to park the car! The apartment, while on the older side, was very well equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen and bathrooms to the bedrooms. And super clean. Our host was great! Responding within minutes to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended Domus Maris to family and friends!

Nice and typical Italian appt. Beautiful wood work. Parking was very handy.
The train was not a problem for us

Not even salt and pepper. I have been to many properties in Sicily and each of them had way more than the basic.

La proximité de l'hébergement avec la mer (5 minutes à pied), du centre-ville (10 minutes), la place de parking privée, la climatisation dans les chambres
Le logement est assez vieillot pour le prix payé par nuit alors des petits aménagements simples et pas chers pourraient être mis en place notamment dans la cuisine.
Le logement est littéralement entre la voie ferrée et la rue principale de la ville donc c'est assez bruyant malgré le double vitrage. L'accueil est autonome par une boîte à clefs et non pas par un accueil physique contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce. Les infos ne sont pas données à l'avance, il faut les réclamer.
