We stayed here two nights. It was quite comfortable for two people and had everything we needed for a successful stay. Being right next to the train station was very convenient. Everything we wanted to see in the town was within an easy walking distance. Overall, we would recommend this place.
The kitchen could’ve been better supplied with cooking equipment, and there was one role of toilet paper.

everything was perfect, well kept, clean, functioning and well equipped / stocked! with our luggage the elevator was a very welcome surprise, too!
if you wonder where you can dry your clothes: there are ropes just outside the window for that.
for full transparency I'd mention that the windows didn't lock shut properly, but it really doesn't make a difference so far up (they are slide windows) - also maybe we just didn't figure them out.
