Decepcionante

La ubicación, muy cerca de PortAventura.

Los colchones de la cama y el sofá cama son muy incómodos. Las ventanas no aislan nada, entra mucho ruido de la calle. Pero lo peor fue el trato, que comenzó siendo espectacular y terminó siendo nefasto por parte de uno de los encargados de gestionar el apartamento llegando a llamarme "mediocre". Afortunadamente esta persona no trabaja de cara al público. Ojalá os atienda su compañera para que no tengáis que sufrir lo que hemos sufrido otros. Cuidado con la fianza!! La haces a ciegas, sin ver el piso. Hasta que no la haces no te abren la puerta con una aplicación. Además, te piden que al hacer la fianza por PayPal lo clasifiques como amigos o familia para evitar comisiones. A nosotros nos avisaron justo cuando habíamos enviado el dinero de la fianza y nos cobraron una comisión de 6,15€ para una fianza de 200€. Nos dijo por teléfono que no había problema por lo de las comisiones dando a entender que lo asumían ellos, pero al final el encargado dijo que había sido culpa nuestra y que no podía hacer nada. Además, en función del banco PayPal puede cobrarte comisión al retirar el dinero una vez que te devuelvan la fianza (spoiler: fue nuestro caso). Todo esto además te lo comunican con muy poco tiempo de antelación llegando a esperar casi 2 horas desde el momento en el que gestionaban lo de la fianza. La reserva estaba hecha desde hacía 4 días aproximadamente. Les recomiendo que contacten antes por cierto y a poder ser, su compañera que seguro que tiene más paciencia. No todo fue malo. Es verdad que la ubicación y el precio no es elevado (no puedes esperarte mucho más). El apartamento en general se veía bien, pero echamos en falta productos indispensables como papel higiénico, papel de cocina, una bayeta, gel de baño.. Tras hablar con el encargado nos dice que tienen por contrato un rollo de papel higiénico si la estancia es inferior a una semana (éramos 4 personas). Y que si quieres más que bajes al supermercado a comprar.

Fantastisch!! Een 10 out of10. Echt super schoon en mooi appartement. Opgemaakt bed, handdoeken en verder echt alles aanwezig. De verhuurder nam zelfs contact op of alles ok was en of hij nog wat kon betekenen. Voor ons de volgende keer zeker weer en voor andere een echte aanrader.

Un Apartamento muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, limpio y con todo lo necesario, el anfitrión muy atento, tuvimos un problema para abrir la puerta y en seguida vino a resolverlo, sin duda volvería.

La única pega es que el colchón es un poco incómodo pero para dormir un par de días no pasa nada.

Fantastisch!! Een 10 out of10. Echt super schoon en mooi appartement. Opgemaakt bed, handdoeken en verder echt alles aanwezig. De verhuurder nam zelfs contact op of alles ok was en of hij nog wat kon betekenen. Voor ons de volgende keer zeker weer en voor andere een echte aanrader.
