The apartment is stunning and spotlessly clean. Has everything you could possibly need. Superb location, easy check in and check out instructions
There was a parking restriction for the whole weekend which meant we couldn't park our car outside the apartment. It cost us £41 to park for 2 days

Clean flat located near to centre of Birmingham.
Good facilities in general.
Once worked out instructions to heating, etc.. flat was fairly enjoyable to stay in.
Flat was very cold when we arrived with all the heating off. Warmed up after few hours, but I had been ill of recent, was not a warm welcome.
No hair dryer found in apprtment. Rung up & told customer services who said one would be brought around, but never arrived. Saw was a later message to ring again from CS on subject, but too late & had to manage without. Also, no dish cloths or tea towels were provided. No oven gloves. Some items missing meant hard to enjoy the stay to full expectation.

The location and short distance to the ICC, restaurants etc was great. Kelly, the cleaner was really nice 😊
The flat could be really nice, but it has some serious maintenance issues that need to be sorted. The floor in the kitchen area is spongy, swollen, & rising up in places from a leak somewhere in the kitchen. You can hardly open the door where the washing machine is kept If you use the rainfall shower head, the water doesn't go down the drain (blocked/slow), it goes all over the floor on to the mat . The skirting board near the shower is swollen and paint is coming off, showing this is a long standing issue. The toilet seat is too small and doesn't cover all the porcelain at the front, easily solved with a bigger seat.
The beds don't (or didn't when we were there) have mattress protectors on. They were uncomfortable with the buttons pressing into your body, and less than hygienic. The carpets in both bedrooms had multiple stains & need replacing.
And the internet was rubbish and kept dropping out, both on the laptop and the telly. If I'd actually been working whilst staying there, I would have been stuffed!
I messaged the management company and let them know all this, but I heard nothing back, despite them (at least Jericho was) being excellent communicators beforehand.
Very disappointing!! We paid a lot of money for 3 nights..
If I was the owner of this property I would want to know about all these problems so that I could get them sorted.
